How to match the automatic pay off with a spring making machine

The automatic pay off is divided into 60/100/200/500/1000/1500/2000/2500 kg according to the loading capacity and applicable wire diameter.

The factors that customers consider when choosing the automatic pay off include: wire weight, disc loading capacity, wire material, etc.

Generally, spring wires below 5mm, such as stainless steel, piano wire, carbon steel wire, etc., can use pay off to range from 60 to 1500 kg.

The pay off can set the main speed of wire feeding and the compensation rate to adjust the wire feeding speed and keep it synchronized with the wire feeding speed of the spring machine. When winding, wire breakage, or wire feeding is completed, the pay off will send out an alarm signal and automatically stop.

For oil tempered wires above 12mm, it is recommended to match pay off to a range of 2000~2500kg.

The pay off is equipped with a hydraulic wire feeding clamping device, a hydraulic safety barrier, and an optional mobile operating platform, which can ensure the stability of wire feeding and advance production safety.
